Window Update stops working

You get the following error when trying to use the Windows update .

Files required to use Microsoft Update are no longer registered or installed on your computer
One of the options given is to Register or reinstall the files for me now (Recommended)”

You selecting this option and it keeps brings you back to the same error message again, and again..

Many others have reported having the same problem.

Here is how we fix the problem:

1. Download the fix
   Version: Version 1.0
2. Extract Windows Update Fix.exe from the archive and run the fix
