1. Download the driver
   Version: Version 4.0.100.1190
2. Extract PCLinq2_v1007_b12022004.exe from the archive and run the installer
3. restart your computer
4. Plug in usb link cable
5. Tell it to search for drivers on the local machine (Do not allow it to use windows updates for driver)
6. Your PL2501 USB Link Cable should now work :)
